An Update for our Community

While life isn’t back to normal quite yet, we are taking cautious steps in that direction by re-opening our stores. As we do, our most important priority remains the health and safety of our customers and employees.

As of Monday June 22, New York City joined Toronto in phase 2 of reopening. As such, our doors in NYC and Toronto are open to customers while complying with federal, state, and local guidelines for safety and social distancing. In order to do so, we've implemented some new measures at our stores and we want to share what we're doing so you can know what to expect when we see you again. 

This page will be updated as local mandates are updated.

Toronto Store Hours:

Tues/Wed/Fri/Sat, 12pm-5pm

Now accepting walk-ins for order pick-up and Buyback drop-offs. Appointment needed for in-store shopping and fittings.

New York Store Hours:

Williamsburg, East Village & Boerum Hill

Wed - Sat, 12pm-5pm

Heres What's Happening 

  • All in-store stylists will wear face coverings and gloves. Employees will self-screen for any symptoms before returning to work.
  • All stores will be cleaned frequently, with deeper cleaning and disinfecting performed as needed.
  • All garments will be set aside and isolated for 24 hours after being tried-on and before returning to the sales floor.
  • Exchanges will be accepted. All return items and online returns will be set aside and isolated for 72 hours before returning to inventory. 

In addition to these new measures, we are also offering other services to keep your experience as enjoyable as possible

How does it work?

Place an order over the phone of your chosen shop or through the website. Wait for a confirmation that your order is ready for pick up. A stylist will most likely greet you when you swing by, but Meg gals do get busy so please call if we're not outside with your package- don't be shy! Our stylist will bring your order out to you.

Book an Appointment 

How does it work?

Click here on our appointment page and fill out a form with basic info and your preferred date and time (it takes 30 seconds)! The stylist of your choice will prepare all your requests and sizes to try COMMITMENT FREE, along with coffee, tea or booze! We are delighted to spoil you with our styling skills and thrilled to delve into this venture of reinventing slow retail.

  • Respect our sales associate by:

              - Arriving on time for your appointments and pick ups

              - Understanding that there is only one person able to work in each location at one time
